Termination & Cancellation
Inappropriate timings
If any client call/text/email us after office timing, then he/she should wait for the 24 hrs to get the response from our side. If he/she will do spamming back to back after office timing, then we can terminate his/her project.
Our office timing :
Monday-Friday
10:30 am – 6 :30 pm
Misbehaving/Abusing
If any client misbehave/abuse with any of our team, then we can terminate & cancel his/her ongoing project after informing him. In this case we can also take legal action against the client.
Forcing for the work
If any client forces our team/company to do work that is beyond the scope of work (SOW), we can terminate his/her project. As we are not a bonded labor of any client.
Pending payment not done
If client not paid the pending amount for web/app/software development after completing the project, then we will notify the client to complete the payment. If client not answered or refused to make the pending payment, then we can terminate the project within 24-48 hrs. Even we can take legal action against the client if he/she refused to make the pending payment after the project has been completed.
