Refund Policy outline the rules and regulations for the use of Webnix Solution 
In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at webnix.in, you could do so within 24 hrs of the payment initiated. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.

Refund Policy

Webnix Solution strives to deliver the highest quality service for our clients. If you approved the design/flow in SOW, at any time in a development not satisfied, you can ask for the refund. In this case any client who is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund with in 15-30 days from the date of first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the cost for the work completed by us. No refund will be given if:

1. You have already approved the web design/flow.
2. Refund only if the project has not started.

      3. If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.

      4. No refund will be provided for the days the resource/team has already worked or given the efforts.

Web Design & Development
Web design and web development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs lot of internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payments for custom design projects (i.e. website designs, individual page and smaller design components within a website, enhancements, additional pages, logo design etc.) and custom development projects (i.e. php programming, WordPress CMS custom development, Laravel projects, WordPress Plugin custom development, HTML static websites, Ecommerce websites etc.) are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client as well as discounted for those who agree to pay in full, but if a project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client, then all amount paid will be retained by Webnix Solution and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. All projects that are completed as defined as the scope of the work are non-refundable. If client has only paid 50% of the project as down payment and if the project is completed more than 70%, then client should pay the full or agreed proposal amount to Webnix Solution, if the project gets cancelled or if the client is not responding within 7 days of completion. No refund can be given in this scenario.

Web/App/Software Template Purchasing :

If there will be need for templates in the project and if it needs to be purchase, then the template/source code/design extra cost has to be paid from the client side.

Deployment :

If we have completed the project and uploaded it on the server, no refund will be issued.

Delay in payment :

If any client delay in the payment after the website/app/software work has been completed, then there will be no any refund anyhow. In this case Webnix can terminate the project after informing the client. For further details about project termination, visit our termination & cancellation policy 

Domain registrations :

Domain registrations are not eligible for refunds once booking is complete.

Third party approval or integration :

In case third party is not approving our customers requirements like APIs, tokens, license, registrations, PIN or business verifications after completing the project from Webnix Solution, then there will be no refund issued. As it takes lots of efforts & manpower to develop & setup the system.

• Price of website design/App & software development/service is not final as per the proposal/quotation sent to the customers. It can be increased or decreased depending on the complexity and time consuming in the development.
• Price of projects can be increased if any client change/add scope of work during the project development period
• We do not provide source code of the projects unless there is special requirements & requests from the client side.
• In case if project has been terminated in between the development period, we don’t refund the amount paid by the clients/customers. In this case, Only if 50% amount has been paid, we will only provide the project source code of the work that has been done till the termination date of that project.
• If there is IT services, then the amount will be refunded within 24 hours of the payment done by the customers/ clients if they paid on 1st date of the month & asking for the refund within 24hrs of the payment done. They have to mail us on : [email protected]
